See All Library Media Assets

  • Description: This feature allows users to view all the images stored in the library.
  • Usage: Navigate to the Library page and click on the "Assets" tab to see a comprehensive list of all images available in the system. Users can browse through the images, search for specific ones, and perform various actions such as viewing details or downloading the assets.

View Asset Usage - Coming Soon

  • Description: This feature helps users find out how often an image has been viewed.
  • Usage: Access the asset details page by clicking on a specific image in the Library. The usage statistics section will display the number of times the image has been viewed. This information can help users understand the popularity and engagement of their assets.

Replace Existing Asset Version

  • Description: Users can upload a new version of an image replacing existing instances being used.
  • Usage: On the asset details page, click the "Update" button. Upload the new image file, and the system will store it and replace all existing instances being used in the Activations, Productions, and Distributions

Update Existing Asset Version - Coming Soon

  • Description: Users can upload a new version of an image while retaining previous versions.
  • Usage: On the asset details page, click the "Update Version" button. Upload the new image file, and the system will store it as the latest version, while keeping a record of the previous versions. This allows users to maintain a version history of their assets.

Categorize Assets

  • Description: This feature enables users to tag images for easy searchability.
  • Usage: Select an image in the Library and click on the "Categorize" button. Assign relevant tags to the image to help with organization and searchability. Tagged images can be easily found using the search function or by browsing categories.

Move Assets Between Properties

  • Description: Users can transfer images from one organization's shared property to another.
  • Usage: Select the images to be moved and click the "Move" button. Choose the destination property from the list of available properties and confirm the transfer. The selected images will be relocated to the specified property.

Delete Assets

  • Description: This feature allows users to remove an image from the library.
  • Usage: Select the image to be deleted and click the "Delete" button. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the image from the Library. This action cannot be undone, so use it with caution.

Download Asset

  • Description: Users can download an image from the library.
  • Usage: Click on an image in the Library to open the asset details page. Click the "Download" button to save a copy of the image to your local device.

Crop an Asset

  • Description: This feature enables users to change the crop area of an image.
  • Usage: Select the image to be cropped and click the "Crop" button. Adjust the crop area using the provided tools and save the changes. The cropped version will be updated in the Library.

View Asset Connections

  • Description: Users can see where an asset is being used.
  • Usage: On the asset details page, navigate to the "Connections" section. This will display a list of all instances where the asset is used within the platform, such as in projects, presentations, or other media.

Filter Assets by Type

  • Description: This feature allows users to find specific images based on their type.
  • Usage: Use the filter options on the Library page to select the desired asset type, such as photos, illustrations, or videos. The Library will display only the assets matching the selected type, making it easier to find specific media.

Add a New Asset

  • Description: Users can upload a new image to the library.
  • Usage: Click the "Add New Asset" button on the Library page. Choose the file to upload and fill in the necessary metadata fields. Once uploaded, the new image will be added to the Library and available for use.

View Asset Details

  • Description: This feature allows users to view specific information about an image.
  • Usage: Click on an image in the Library to open the asset details page. Here, users can see metadata information, version history, usage statistics, and related tags for the selected image.

Create Metadata Record

  • Description: Users can add a new metadata entry.
  • Usage: Navigate to the metadata section and click the "Create Metadata Record" button. Fill in the necessary fields and save the entry. This new metadata record will be associated with the relevant assets in the Library.

Search Metadata Records

  • Description: This feature helps users find specific metadata entries.
  • Usage: Use the search bar in the metadata section to enter keywords or criteria. The system will display matching metadata records, allowing users to locate specific entries quickly.

View Metadata Record Usage

  • Description: Users can see where a metadata entry is being used.
  • Usage: On the metadata details page, view the "Usage" section to see a list of assets associated with the metadata entry. This helps track how metadata is applied across different assets.

Delete Metadata Record

  • Description: This feature allows users to delete a metadata entry.
  • Usage: Select the metadata entry to be deleted and click the "Delete" button. Confirm the deletion to remove the metadata record from the system. This action cannot be undone, so use it with caution.

Update Metadata Record

  • Description: Users can adjust a metadata entry.
  • Usage: Navigate to the metadata details page and click the "Edit" button. Make the necessary changes to the metadata fields and save the updates. The modified metadata will be applied to the associated assets.

View External Assets

  • Description: This feature allows users to see all assets that come from an external CMS.
  • Usage: On the Library page, use the filter options to select external assets. The system will display assets that are imported from external content management systems.

  • Description: Users can see all metadata that comes from an external system.
  • Usage: In the metadata section, use the filter options to select external metadata. The system will display metadata records that are imported from external systems.
