Pulse tracks user interactions with activations, covering:
- Display - How many times an activation has been shown to users
- Touch - How many times a user has clicked on an activation to view the details
- Action- How many times a user has clicked on a button inside the activation
- ClickOut - How many times an activation preview was used to redirect the user to an external site
Moment Analytics
Pulse offers insights on Source Activated Moments (SAMs), focusing on:
- Click Through Rate (CTR) - What is the % of users that clicked on an advertisement or activation divided by the total number of impressions shown
- Action Rate (AR) - What is the % of users that clicked on a button within the activation divided by the total number of users that opened the activation.
